Connect Sendbird and Luumen can answer questions about your chat application directly from the terminal: who is in a group channel, who the operators are, which members are banned, what was said and when. When something needs to change — banning an abusive user, adding a moderator to a channel, deleting a message — Luumen shows the call first and asks before it runs. Authentication is by API key.
